This deck design incorporates several nice features:

6x6 legs with a (2)2x12 dropped girder.

Patterned decking

Patterned handrail

Long, curved step at doorway

There is also a bench that runs the entire length of one side and wraps around one
corner. The bench substitutes for handrail and provides seating for several people without having to add furniture,
which ultimately eats up deck space.

A door to the screened porch is to be installed at a later time
