I consider this to be one of my nicest creations. This deck has a little of everything. There are three distinct areas, each of which is a different level. Separating the two highest levels allowed for some very nice curved steps to be incorporated into the design. The low, freestanding l-shaped bench along with diagonal decking helps to define the main space. Nice wide, "spilling" stairs create a very smooth access to the back yard. The arbor creates an area to relax with some partial shade/filtered sunlight for those times when the direct sun is just too much.
